Russell Roby graduated from the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland.  Russell also holds a Graduate Certificate from the University of Maryland, Maryland School of Public Policy and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University. 

Russell has almost 20 years experience in the Federal Intelligence Community and is also a former Federal law enforcement officer.  He is a gun owner (including NFA firearms), an avid shooter for over 35 years, an active member of the NRA, and believes in protecting the rights of gun owners.
